Originating from Yunnan these tips are harvested early form Camellia sinensis var. assamica. Treated the way a white tea would be, the result is an onctuous liquor with resinous notes along intensely sweet flavours ( liquorice-marshmallow) to which some fruity notes keep company (plum-white grape). Devoird of bitterness. Tasty wether hot or cold. Perfect for multiple infusions
