A digestive herbal tea with fresh dominants of citrus fruit (grapefruit/orange), softened with apple and fennel and emphasised by a hint of spice (cinnamon, clove, ginger). Can be deliciously rich (if you add a little sugar) or fresh and light (on its own). But watch out – it can make you lose all track of time and accompany you until dawn... (Grapefruit, orange peel, rosemary, lemongrass, mulberry leaves, willow, cinnamon, ginger, clove, lemon myrtle, fennel, apple, cardamom and sunflower petals.)
