Tamaryokucha Ureshino

Harvested in spring in Ureshino (Japan). Mushisei-tamaryokucha, or Guricha, produces a liqueur that is halfway between the iodine flavours of Japanese sencha and the fruitier notes of Chinese grand crus. It is also suitable for making iced tea by cold infusion, in which case it takes 5 minutes to brew for a thirst-quenching, bitter-free drink. Infusion time: 2.30 minutes. Water: 70°. 1 level teaspoon per cup. Tasting: 45sec, 10, 10... at 70° (5gr/150ml) Packaged in 100g sealed bag.
