Sencha DONBUKASHI

Product details

Green sencha spring tea from Matsuno in Shizuoka, Japan. Donbukashi owes its name to its extended steaming. This makes its leaves more fragile but gives much more body to its liquor with intensely maritime vegetal flavours. It can also be infused cold like a Fukamushi (between 2 and 5 minutes).

Brewing instructions: 1 minute. Water: 80°. 1 level teaspoon per cup.
Preparation: 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 10 seconds... at 80° (5 g/150 ml)
Packed in Japan in a resealable sachet.
