Spring sencha harvested in Haruno in the Tenryu district, enhanced with Kawane yuzu bark. This fresh, herbal blend will appeal to lovers of plain green teas, and even though it is lightly scented, it will go brilliantly with a meal based on fish or white meat. Infusion time: 2 minutes. Water at 80° 1 teaspoon per cup (several infusions are possible, the following 15-second infusions will bring out the vegetal flavours to the full, adding a fine peppery note and a more discreet citrus flavour). 15g/1l iced tea 2-hour infusion.
