A blend of Indian spices with dominant notes of cinnamon, to be drunk on its own or with milk and sugar. Ingredients: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, pepper and ginger. Can be prepared as a classic infusion in water, or if preferred as a decoction in milk. To try this, add the masala to a pan of cold milk, bring gently to the boil, immediately remove from the heat and allow to infuse for a further 5 to 10 minutes before filtering, adding sugar to taste and savouring! Brewing instructions: 5 minutes ½ teaspoon per cup. T1
