Originating from Asahina in Japan. Yabuzaki Garden Grade A. Harvested in spring, it is shaded (80 and 90%) for three weeks before harvesting. It provides a velvety cup with buttery, iodized vegetal flavours and fine notes of roasted seaweed. Cultivar: Yabukita and Okuhikari. Brewing time: 2 minutes. Water: 70°. 1 level teaspoon per cup. Tasting: 45 sec, then 15, 15... at 70°. Packaged in Japan in sealed 50g bags.  T1 BE-BIO-01 Certisys. From non-EU organic farming.
