Semi-oxidized tea, originating in Wuyi, in the province of Fujian, China. This highly oxidised oolong will produce an ample liquor with soft notes of vanilla and marshmallow, gradually transforming into more fruity flavours (the flesh of white grapes) and finishing with fresher woody notes (lemon balm). The “big red dress” is undoubtedly a grand cru.
