Green China tea with flavours of passion fruit and Indian spices. (Black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, enhanced by orange peel and sunflowers.) But is it wise to add spice to passion? You’ll know a little by the first cup, a lot by the second... And by the fifth nothing at all! So let’s start again, a little by the first cup...
