Black tea with flavours of marzipan and orange – a delicious voyage to Provence and its famous calissons. Enhanced with orange peel and almond scent. I was told in Provence that the origin of their delicious calissons was due to the inventiveness of a priest who had a very small congregation for his services. So he decorated his communion wafers to attract more of his flock to attend mass. But the storyteller lived between the Mistral and the Tramontane and was a little eccentric... So we’ll never know the truth of this story!
